The Young Professionals in Foreign Policy celebrated Affairs of State: The 3rd Annual YPFP Date Auction and Concert at the City Tavern Club. The event raised money to fund the many wonderful programs that Young Professionals in Foreign Policy offers its membership and featured a live performance by Sick Feed.

National Capital Barbecue Battle 2010

One of the top 10 barbecue events in the country celebrated its 18th year. The Safeway National Capital Barbecue Battle was held on June 26 and 27 at Pennsylvania Ave. between 9th and 14th streets, NW, and featured some of best in the BBQ biz competing for prizes. The event also featured live performances from Clones of Funk and the Godfather of D.C. Go-Go, Chuck Brown.
